Eligibility for a Refund To qualify for a refund under our guarantee, please ensure
- The product has been used as per the instructions provided.
- You have allowed sufficient time for results to show (typically 8 weeks).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 12 weeks of the purchase date, as beyond this period, numerous external factors can impact the growth of a new lawn
How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund request, please contact us at hello@greatbritishlawnco.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the condition of your lawn before and after using our product
- A brief description of how you applied the product
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 working days.
Refund Processing If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions Our 8-week Money Back Guarantee does not cover:
- Incorrect product application that does not follow the instructions.
